مهم: حذف الحساب نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. إذا كان لديك اشتراك فعّال، ألغِه من إعدادات Apple أولاً — حذف الحساب لا يلغي الاشتراك تلقائياً.Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in your Apple settings first — deleting your account does not automatically cancel the subscription.
١. الحذف من داخل التطبيق1. Delete from inside the app
افتح الإعداداتOpen Settings
من تبويب «حسابي»، اختر «الإعدادات».From the "Profile" tab, open "Settings".
حذف الحساب نهائياًDelete account permanently
انزل إلى أسفل صفحة الإعدادات واختر «حذف الحساب نهائياً».Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap "Delete account permanently".
أكّد الحذفConfirm deletion
اقرأ التنبيه، اكتب عبارة التأكيد الظاهرة على الشاشة، ثم اضغط مطوّلاً على زر الحذف. يُحذف حسابك مباشرةً، وتكتمل إزالة كل البيانات من أنظمتنا خلال ٣٠ يوماً كحد أقصى.Read the warning, type the confirmation phrase shown on screen, then press and hold the delete button. Your account is deleted immediately, and removal of all data from our systems completes within 30 days at most.
٢. الحذف عبر البريد2. Delete by email
ما تقدر تدخل التطبيق؟ أرسل طلباً من البريد المرتبط بحسابك إلى privacy@phiplus.sa وعنوانه «طلب حذف الحساب». سنتحقق من هويتك وننفّذ الطلب خلال ٣٠ يوماً.Can't access the app? Send a request from the email linked to your account to privacy@phiplus.sa with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll verify your identity and complete it within 30 days.
٣. ما الذي يُحذف3. What gets deleted
- معلومات حسابك: الاسم، البريد، وصورة الملف الشخصي.Your account info: name, email, and profile photo.
- بيانات الصحة واللياقة: الوزن والمقاسات، الوجبات والسعرات، التمارين، النوم والنبض والخطوات، وسجلّ تتبّعك بالكامل.Health & fitness data: weight and measurements, meals and calories, workouts, sleep, heart rate, steps, and your entire tracking history.
- ملفك الطبي: الحساسيات، الحالات الصحية، الأدوية، فصيلة الدم، والتقارير المرفوعة.Your medical profile: allergies, health conditions, medications, blood type, and uploaded reports.
- محادثات المدرّب الذكي وذاكرته عنك، وسجلات المزاج والدورة والحمل.Your AI coach chats and its memory about you, plus mood, cycle, and pregnancy logs.
- صورك وتسجيلاتك: صور الوجبات والتقدّم والقصص والتعليقات الصوتية.Your photos and recordings: meal, progress, and story photos, and voice-overs.
- بيانات المجتمع: منشوراتك وتعليقاتك وعضوياتك وأصدقاؤك ونقاطك وأوسمتك.Community data: your posts, comments, memberships, friends, points, and badges.
- عناوين التوصيل وبيانات التواصل المرتبطة بطلبات المتجر.Delivery addresses and contact details linked to store orders.
بيانات Apple Health تبقى على جهازك ولا تتأثر — يمكنك إدارتها من تطبيق الصحة.Your Apple Health data stays on your device and is unaffected — manage it from the Health app.
٤. ما الذي قد نحتفظ به4. What we may keep
قد نحتفظ بحد أدنى من السجلات التي يُلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بها (مثل سجلات الفواتير ومعاملات طلبات المتجر) للمدة النظامية المطلوبة، وبشكل منفصل عن ملفك الشخصي. لا تُستخدم هذه السجلات لأي غرض آخر.We may retain a minimum of records we are legally required to keep (such as billing records and store-order transactions) for the legally required period, separately from your profile. These records are not used for any other purpose.
٥. إلغاء الاشتراك أولاً5. Cancel your subscription first
لأن الاشتراكات تُدار عبر Apple، احذف الاشتراك قبل حذف حسابك: الإعدادات على جهازك ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات ← روتين ← إلغاء. مزيد من المساعدة في صفحة الدعم.Because subscriptions are managed by Apple, cancel yours before deleting your account: your device Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Routine → Cancel.
