We never sell your data, and we never use your health data for advertising. You stay in control and can delete your data anytime.
١. مقدمة1. Introduction
تُوضّح هذه السياسة كيف تقوم «فاي بلس» («نحن») بجمع واستخدام وحماية معلوماتك عند استخدامك لتطبيق «روتين» («التطبيق»). نلتزم في تعاملنا مع بياناتك بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL). باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضّحة هنا.This policy explains how Phi Plus ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Routine app ("the App"). We handle your data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
٢. البيانات التي نجمعها2. Data we collect
نجمع الفئات التالية من البيانات لتشغيل التطبيق وتقديم مزاياه:We collect the following categories of data to operate the App and deliver its features:

- إنشاء خطتك الغذائية والرياضية وتخصيص توصيات المدرّب لك.Build your nutrition and fitness plan and personalize coach recommendations.
- تشغيل ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي: المدرّب الذكي، وتحليل صور الوجبات والملصقات الغذائية والتقارير التي ترفعها.Power the AI features: the smart coach, and the analysis of meal photos, nutrition labels, and reports you upload.
- تسجيل وجباتك وتمارينك وعرض تقدّمك وأوسمتك.Log your meals and workouts and show your progress and badges.
- إرسال التذكيرات والإشعارات التي اخترت تفعيلها.Send the reminders and notifications you chose to enable.
- معالجة الاشتراكات والمشتريات داخل التطبيق.Process subscriptions and in-app purchases.
- تحسين أداء التطبيق وإصلاح الأعطال عبر تحليلات مجمّعة.Improve performance and fix crashes via aggregated analytics.
- الرد على طلبات الدعم والتواصل معك بشأن حسابك.Respond to support requests and contact you about your account.
عند استخدامك ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي (مثل مراسلة المدرّب أو تحليل صورة وجبة)، تُعالَج بياناتك اللازمة لتلك الميزة عبر مزوّدي نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي يعملون لصالحنا كمعالجين للبيانات، وبالقدر اللازم لتقديم الميزة فقط.When you use AI features (such as messaging the coach or analyzing a meal photo), the data needed for that feature is processed by AI model providers acting as data processors on our behalf, only to the extent required to deliver the feature.
لا نستخدم بياناتك الصحية لأغراض التسويق أو الإعلانات أو بيعها لأي طرف، ولن نفعل ذلك أبداً.We do not use your health data for marketing, advertising, or sale to any party, and never will.
٤. بيانات الصحة وApple Health (HealthKit)4. Health data & Apple Health (HealthKit)
يطلب روتين إذنك الصريح قبل قراءة أو كتابة أي بيانات في Apple Health. تبقى هذه البيانات تحت سيطرتك، وتقدر تسحب الإذن في أي وقت من إعدادات الصحة في جهازك.Routine asks for your explicit permission before reading or writing any data to Apple Health. This data stays under your control, and you can revoke permission anytime from your device's Health settings.
- نستخدم بيانات HealthKit فقط لتقديم مزايا الصحة واللياقة داخل التطبيق.We use HealthKit data solely to provide health and fitness features within the App.
- لا نستخدم بيانات HealthKit للإعلانات أو التسويق أو الاستخدامات المشابهة، ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لتلك الأغراض.We never use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or similar use-based data mining, nor share it with third parties for such purposes.
- لا نبيع بيانات الصحة لأي جهة تحت أي ظرف.We never sell health data to anyone, under any circumstances.
وإذا ربطت بنفسك جهازاً أو خدمة صحية اختيارية (مثل WHOOP أو Google Health)، نقرأ البيانات التي أذنت بها فقط لتحسين توصياتك، وتقدر تفصل الربط في أي وقت.If you choose to connect an optional wearable or health service (such as WHOOP or Google Health), we read only the data you authorized to improve your recommendations, and you can disconnect at any time.
٥. المشاركة مع أطراف أخرى5. Sharing with third parties
لا نبيع بياناتك. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي خدمات موثوقين وبالقدر اللازم لتشغيل التطبيق، ومنهم:We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers, and only as needed to run the App, including:
- مزوّد الاستضافة السحابية — لتشغيل قاعدة البيانات وتخزين ملفاتك بشكل آمن ومشفّر.Our cloud hosting provider — to run the database and store your files securely and encrypted.
- مزوّدو نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي — لمعالجة طلبات ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي فقط (المدرّب، تحليل الصور والتقارير)، كمعالجين لصالحنا وبالقدر اللازم للميزة.AI model providers — to process AI-feature requests only (the coach, photo and report analysis), as processors on our behalf and only as needed for the feature.
- Apple — لمعالجة اشتراك Pro، وتسجيل الدخول بحساب Apple، وإرسال الإشعارات.Apple — to process Pro subscriptions, Sign in with Apple, and deliver push notifications.
- تكاملات تربطها بنفسك — مثل WHOOP أو Google Health، وفق أذوناتك فقط.Integrations you connect yourself — such as WHOOP or Google Health, per your permissions only.
- الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء (SFDA) — نستعلم عن باركود المنتج فقط للتحقق من بيانات الأغذية، دون إرسال أي بيانات شخصية عنك.The Saudi FDA (SFDA) — we look up product barcodes only to verify food data, without sending any personal data about you.
لا نستخدم أي أدوات إعلانات أو تحليلات من طرف ثالث داخل التطبيق، ولا نتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.We use no third-party advertising or analytics tools inside the App, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
قد نُفصح عن البيانات إذا تطلّب القانون ذلك أو لحماية حقوقنا وسلامة المستخدمين.We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of users.
٦. أين تُخزَّن بياناتك6. Where your data is stored
تُخزَّن بياناتك مشفّرةً لدى مزوّد استضافة سحابية آمن على خوادم خارج المملكة (في الاتحاد الأوروبي حالياً). نتعامل مع نقل البيانات ومعالجتها خارج المملكة بما يتوافق مع أحكام نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL).Your data is stored encrypted with a secure cloud hosting provider on servers outside the Kingdom (currently in the European Union). We handle data transfers and processing outside the Kingdom in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
٧. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات7. Data retention
نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال نشاط حسابك. عند حذف الحساب، نحذف بياناتك الشخصية خلال ٣٠ يوماً، باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونياً (مثل سجلات الفواتير). راجع صفحة حذف الحساب والبيانات.We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we erase your personal data within 30 days, except what we must retain by law (e.g. billing records). See Delete account & data.
٨. الأمان8. Security
نستخدم التشفير أثناء النقل والتخزين، وضوابط وصول صارمة لحماية بياناتك. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة ١٠٠٪، ونبذل جهداً معقولاً لحماية معلوماتك.We use encryption in transit and at rest, plus strict access controls, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we use commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard your information.
٩. حقوقك9. Your rights
- الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها أو تحديثها من داخل التطبيق.Access, correct, or update your data from within the App.
- تصدير نسخة من بياناتك من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← البيانات ← «تصدير بياناتي») أو طلبها منا.Export a copy of your data from within the App (Settings → Data → "Export my data") or request it from us.
- حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالكامل ذاتياً من داخل التطبيق.Delete your account and all your data yourself, from within the App.
- عرض محادثات المدرّب الذكي وذاكرته عنك وحذفها من داخل التطبيق.View and delete your AI coach chats and its memory about you, from within the App.
- سحب الأذونات (مثل Apple Health أو الموقع أو الإشعارات) في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.Withdraw permissions (e.g. Apple Health, location, or notifications) at any time from your device settings.

١٠. خصوصية الأطفال10. Children's privacy
روتين غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عمداً. إذا علمنا بجمع بيانات طفل دون موافقة وليّ الأمر، سنحذفها.Routine is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn we collected a child's data without parental consent, we will delete it.
١١. تغييرات هذه السياسة11. Changes to this policy
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سننشر النسخة المحدّثة هنا مع تاريخ التحديث، وسنُعلمك بالتغييرات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق.We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with its date, and notify you of material changes within the App.
