حذف الحساب والبيانات — روتين

مهم: حذف الحساب نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. حذف الحساب لا يلغي تجديد اشتراكك تلقائياً؛ إذا كنت لا تريد التجديد، ألغِه من المتجر الذي اشتريت منه. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك سواء كان لديك اشتراك أم لا.Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It does not automatically cancel subscription renewal; cancel in the store where you subscribed if you do not want renewal. You can request account deletion whether or not you have a subscription.

١. الحذف من داخل التطبيق1. Delete from inside the app

افتح الإعداداتOpen Settings

افتح «الإعدادات» في تطبيق روتين على Android أو iPhone.Open Settings in the Routine app on Android or iPhone.

حذف الحساب نهائياًDelete account permanently

انزل إلى أسفل صفحة الإعدادات واختر «حذف الحساب نهائياً».Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap "Delete account permanently".

أكّد الحذفConfirm deletion

اقرأ التنبيه، اكتب عبارة التأكيد الظاهرة على الشاشة، ثم اضغط مطوّلاً على زر الحذف. قد يُطلب التحقق بالبصمة إذا فعّلت قفل التطبيق. عند نجاح العملية يُحذف الحساب وبياناته المرتبطة من الخدمة النشطة وتخرج من التطبيق؛ راجع الاستثناءات أدناه. إذا ظهرت رسالة خطأ، أعد المحاولة أو راسلنا.Read the warning, type the confirmation phrase shown on screen, then press and hold the delete button. Biometric verification may be requested if you enabled the app lock. On success, your account and associated data are removed from the active service and you are signed out; see the exceptions below. If an error appears, retry or contact us.

٢. الحذف عبر البريد2. Delete by email

أرسل إلى privacy@phiplus.sa بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب روتين»، واكتب أنك تريد حذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به. أرسل من البريد المرتبط بحسابك إن أمكن، واذكر بريد الحساب وطريقة الدخول إذا كانت مختلفة. لا تحتاج إلى إعادة تثبيت التطبيق.Email privacy@phiplus.sa with the subject “Routine account deletion request” and state that you want your account and associated data deleted. Send from your account email if possible, and include the account email and sign-in method if different. You do not need to reinstall the app.

سنتحقق من ملكيتك للحساب قبل الحذف وننفّذ الطلب خلال ٣٠ يوماً. إذا لم يعد بإمكانك استخدام بريد الحساب، وضّح ذلك في رسالتك لنساعدك في التحقق. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رموز تسجيل الدخول أو بياناتك الصحية.We will verify account ownership before deletion and complete the request within 30 days. If you no longer have access to your account email, explain this in your message so we can help verify ownership. Do not send your password, sign-in codes, or health information.

٣. ما الذي يُحذف3. What gets deleted

معلومات حسابك: الاسم، البريد، وصورة الملف الشخصي.Your account info: name, email, and profile photo.
بيانات الصحة واللياقة: الوزن والمقاسات، الوجبات والسعرات، التمارين، النوم والنبض والخطوات، وسجلّ تتبّعك بالكامل.Health & fitness data: weight and measurements, meals and calories, workouts, sleep, heart rate, steps, and your entire tracking history.
ملفك الطبي في روتين: الحساسيات، الحالات الصحية، الأدوية، فصيلة الدم، والتقارير التي رفعتها في الملف الطبي.Your Routine medical profile: allergies, health conditions, medications, blood type, and reports you uploaded to the medical profile.
محادثات المدرّب الذكي وذاكرته عنك، وسجلات المزاج والدورة والحمل.Your AI coach chats and its memory about you, plus mood, cycle, and pregnancy logs.
صورك وتسجيلاتك: صور الوجبات والتقدّم والقصص والتعليقات الصوتية.Your photos and recordings: meal, progress, and story photos, and voice-overs.
بيانات المجتمع: منشوراتك وتعليقاتك وعضوياتك وأصدقاؤك ونقاطك وأوسمتك.Community data: your posts, comments, memberships, friends, points, and badges.
البيانات الشخصية المرتبطة بالحساب في الخطط والوصفات الخاصة والمخزون والميزانية والخزانة والتذكيرات.Personal account data in plans, private recipes, inventory, budget, wardrobe, and reminders.

حذف حساب روتين يحذف النسخ المحفوظة في حساب روتين، ومنها قراءات السكر أو الوزن التي وافقت على استيرادها. لا يحذف البيانات الأصلية لدى Apple Health أو Health Connect أو حسابك لدى مزوّد الصحة؛ يمكنك إدارة تلك البيانات والأذونات لدى مصدرها.Routine account deletion removes copies saved to your Routine account, including glucose or weight readings you approved for import. It does not delete original records in Apple Health, Health Connect, or your health-provider account; manage those records and permissions at their source.

٤. ما الذي قد نحتفظ به4. What we may keep

سجلات المعاملات والتدقيق: قد تبقى سجلات الدفع والهدايا والعمولات وسجلات الأمن والتدقيق بعد حذف الحساب لأغراض المحاسبة والأمن والامتثال، وقد تتضمن مراجع المعاملات ومعرّفات الحساب وبيانات الحدث. لا يشملها الحذف الفوري، ولا نعلن لها حالياً مهلة حذف ثابتة؛ وما يفرض النظام حفظه يبقى للمدة النظامية المطلوبة.Transaction and audit records: Payment, gift, commission, security, and audit records may remain after account deletion for accounting, security, and compliance. They may include transaction references, account identifiers, and event details. These are excluded from immediate deletion and currently have no published fixed deletion deadline; records that must be kept by law remain for the required legal period.
المحتوى المنشور في الكتالوج: الوصفات التي اعتُمدت ونُشرت في الكتالوج العام قد تبقى كمحتوى مشترك بعد إزالة الارتباط بالوصفة الخاصة في حسابك.Published catalogue content: Recipes approved and published in the public catalogue may remain as shared content after the link to your account's private recipe is removed.
طلبات مبادرة كرون: قد تُقدَّم قبل إنشاء حساب وهي منفصلة عنه؛ حذف الحساب لا يسحب الطلب تلقائياً. اطلب حذفها في الرسالة نفسها أو استخدم خيار سحب الطلب في متصفح التقديم. مددها موضحة في سياسة الخصوصية.Crohn initiative applications: These can be submitted before an account is created and are separate from it; deleting an account does not automatically withdraw an application. Include it in the same email request or use the withdrawal option in the application browser. Its retention periods are explained in the Privacy Policy.

٥. إلغاء تجديد الاشتراك5. Cancel subscription renewal

إذا كان لديك اشتراك يتجدد، ألغِ التجديد لدى الجهة التي اشتريت منها حتى لا تستمر الرسوم بعد حذف الحساب:If you have a renewing subscription, cancel renewal where you purchased it to prevent further charges after account deletion:

Google Play: متجر Play ← صورة حسابك ← الدفعات والاشتراكات ← الاشتراكات ← روتين ← إلغاء الاشتراك.Google Play: Play Store → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Routine → Cancel subscription.
App Store: إعدادات iPhone ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات ← روتين ← إلغاء الاشتراك.App Store: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Routine → Cancel subscription.

إذا اشتريت بطريقة أخرى أو احتجت مساعدة، راسلنا عبر صفحة الدعم. إلغاء التجديد ليس شرطاً لقبول طلب حذف الحساب.If you purchased another way or need help, contact us through the Support page. Cancelling renewal is not a condition for accepting an account deletion request.
