١. مقدمة1. Introduction
تُوضّح هذه السياسة كيف تقوم «فاي بلس» («نحن») بجمع واستخدام وحماية معلوماتك عند استخدامك لتطبيق «روتين» («التطبيق»). نلتزم في تعاملنا مع بياناتك بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL). باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضّحة هنا.This policy explains how Phi Plus ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Routine app ("the App"). We handle your data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

Apple Health access on iPhone may include steps, sleep, heart rate and resting heart rate, HRV, active calories, weight, VO₂ max, and workouts; it may also include cycle and ovulation-temperature data if you enable women's-health features. |

Physical-goods orders are recorded by us for fulfilment and delivery, and Moyasar processes their online payments. Methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay may be available depending on the device, service approval and activation. We do not store sensitive card details. |

الميزانية ورسائل البنك على Android (اختياري): بعد موافقتك الصريحة ومنح إذن استقبال SMS، يحلّل روتين الرسائل الجديدة الواردة على جهازك لاكتشاف رسائل الشراء من أكثر من بنك. لا يقرأ صندوق الرسائل أو الرسائل القديمة ولا يرسل رسائل. يتجاهل الرسائل غير المالية ورموز التحقق والتحويلات والعمليات المرفوضة. يُرسل مبلغ الشراء واسم التاجر المتاح ووقت العملية ومرجع منع التكرار فقط إلى سجل مصروفات حسابك عبر اتصال مشفّر؛ ولا نحفظ أو نرفع نص الرسالة أو الرصيد أو رقم البطاقة أو رمز التحقق. إشعارات تطبيقات البنك المختارة خيار بديل بإذن مستقل، ولا يعمل المصدران معًا لمنع تكرار المصروف. تُحفظ العمليات المالية المنتظرة مشفّرة على جهازك حتى إرسالها؛ وتُمسح عند تسجيل الخروج. يمكنك إيقاف التسجيل من الميزانية أو سحب الصلاحية من إعدادات Android في أي وقت. بعض صيغ البنوك قد لا تُقرأ، فراجع سجل الصرف. لا تمنح الميزة وصولًا إلى حسابك البنكي. خطط الميزانية ومرفقات الفواتير تبقى على جهازك.Budget and bank messages on Android (optional): After your explicit consent and the receive-SMS permission, Routine analyzes new incoming messages on your device to detect purchase messages from multiple banks. It does not query your inbox, read old messages or send messages. Non-financial messages, verification codes, transfers and declined transactions are ignored. Only the purchase amount, available merchant, transaction time and duplicate-prevention reference are sent to your account’s expense ledger over an encrypted connection. We do not store or upload message bodies, balances, card numbers or verification codes. Notifications from selected bank apps are an alternative with separate consent; the two sources do not operate together to prevent duplicate expenses. Pending structured purchases are stored encrypted on your device until sent and are cleared on logout. You can stop recording in Budget or revoke permission in Android settings at any time. Some bank formats may not be recognized; check your ledger. This does not provide access to your bank account. Budget plans and receipt attachments stay on your device.

- تشغيل ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي: المدرّب الذكي، وتحليل صور الوجبات والملصقات الغذائية والتقارير التي ترفعها.Power the AI features: the smart coach, and the analysis of meal photos, nutrition labels, and reports you upload.
- تسجيل وجباتك وتمارينك وعرض تقدّمك وأوسمتك.Log your meals and workouts and show your progress and badges.
- إرسال التذكيرات والإشعارات التي اخترت تفعيلها.Send the reminders and notifications you chose to enable.
- معالجة الاشتراكات والمشتريات داخل التطبيق.Process subscriptions and in-app purchases.
- تحسين أداء التطبيق وإصلاح الأعطال عبر تحليلات مجمّعة.Improve performance and fix crashes via aggregated analytics.
- الرد على طلبات الدعم والتواصل معك بشأن حسابك.Respond to support requests and contact you about your account.
عند استخدامك ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي (مثل مراسلة المدرّب أو تحليل صورة وجبة)، تُعالَج بياناتك اللازمة لتلك الميزة عبر مزوّدي نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي يعملون لصالحنا كمعالجين للبيانات، وبالقدر اللازم لتقديم الميزة فقط.When you use AI features (such as messaging the coach or analyzing a meal photo), the data needed for that feature is processed by AI model providers acting as data processors on our behalf, only to the extent required to deliver the feature.
استخدام الحساسية والحالات والأدوية والتقارير ونتائج المتابعة في ردود المدرّب أو فحص ملاءمة طعام/منتج يحتاج مفتاح موافقة منفصلاً داخل إعدادات الخصوصية. يكون مطفأً افتراضياً، وتقدر توقفه في أي وقت؛ عند إيقافه لا يجلب الخادم هذه البيانات لتلك الميزات.Using allergies, conditions, medications, reports, or follow-up results in coach replies or food/product suitability checks requires a separate consent toggle in Privacy settings. It is off by default and can be revoked anytime; when off, the server does not fetch that data for those features.
لا نستخدم بياناتك الصحية لأغراض التسويق أو الإعلانات أو بيعها لأي طرف، ولن نفعل ذلك أبداً.We do not use your health data for marketing, advertising, or sale to any party, and never will.
٤. بيانات الصحة وGoogle Health API4. Health data & Google Health API
يطلب روتين إذنك الصريح قبل الوصول إلى أي بيانات صحية من Apple Health أو Google Health API على iPhone، أو Health Connect على Android. تقدر تمنح أو ترفض الأنواع المطلوبة وتسحب الوصول في أي وقت. كلا التكاملين Google Health API وHealth Connect للقراءة فقط؛ لا يكتب روتين بيانات إليهما.Routine asks for your explicit permission before accessing health data from Apple Health or the Google Health API on iPhone, or Health Connect on Android. You may grant or deny requested types and withdraw access at any time. Both the Google Health API and Health Connect integrations are read-only; Routine does not write data to either service.
- نستخدم بيانات Apple Health وHealth Connect وGoogle Health API فقط لعرض نشاطك ونومك ومؤشراتك، وحساب تقدّمك واستشفائك وعمر لياقتك، وتشغيل ميزات الصحة واللياقة التي طلبتها داخل التطبيق.We use Apple Health, Health Connect and Google Health API data only to display activity, sleep and measurements; calculate progress, recovery and fitness age; and provide the health and fitness features you request in the App.
- تُقرأ مزامنة Health Connect العادية وتُحلّل على جهاز Android، ولا نرفع سجلاتها الخام. ومن الاستثناءات التي تتطلب موافقتك: إذا استخدمت «انقل بياناتك» وعاينت سجل الوزن ثم وافقت صراحةً، نحفظ قياسات الوزن التي اخترتها في سجل وزن حسابك.Normal Health Connect sync is read and analysed on your Android device and raw records are not uploaded. One explicitly approved exception is when you use “Move your data,” preview your weight history, and explicitly approve importing it: the weight measurements you selected are then saved to your account's weight log.
- تُجلب بيانات Google Health API مباشرةً إلى iPhone. تُحفظ رموز الوصول ولقطة المؤشرات المستخدمة محلياً في Keychain المشفّر، ولا نرفع سجلات Google Health الخام إلى خوادم روتين.Google Health API data is fetched directly to your iPhone. Access credentials and the health-metric snapshot used by the App are stored locally in the encrypted Keychain; raw Google Health records are not uploaded to Routine servers.
- عند اختيار «ربط قراءات السكر» نطلب إذن قراءة السكر وحده من Apple Health أو Health Connect، وموافقتك على حفظ القراءة ووقتها ومصدرها في سجل حالتك الخاص بحساب روتين. تُحدّث قراءات آخر سبعة أيام عند فتح المتابعة أو طلب المزامنة، وقد تتأخر البيانات حسب تطبيق الجهاز. الربط ليس خدمة تنبيه لحظي ولا يحسب جرعات. إيقاف المزامنة أو سحب إذن الصحة يمنع القراءات اللاحقة، ولا يحذف النسخ المحفوظة سابقًا؛ ويمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك أو حسابك بالطريقة الموضحة أدناه.When you choose “Connect glucose readings,” we request glucose read access from Apple Health or Health Connect and your consent to save the reading, time and source in your private Routine condition record. The last seven days refresh when follow-up opens or you request sync; availability may be delayed by the device app. This is not a live alarm service and does not calculate doses. Stopping sync or revoking Health access prevents subsequent imports and does not delete copies already saved; you can request data or account deletion as described below.
- لا نستخدم بيانات Apple Health أو Health Connect أو Google Health API للإعلانات أو التسويق أو تدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي، ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لهذه الأغراض.We never use Apple Health, Health Connect or Google Health API data for advertising, marketing or AI-model training, nor share it with third parties for those purposes.

يلتزم استخدام روتين للمعلومات المستلمة من Google Health API ونقلها بـ«سياسة مطوّر Google Health API وبيانات المستخدم»، بما في ذلك متطلبات «الاستخدام المحدود» (Limited Use).The use of information received from Google Health API will adhere to the Google Health API Developer and User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
الربط المباشر مع WHOOP قريباً وغير مفعّل حالياً؛ لا يطلب روتين الآن تفويض WHOOP ولا يجلب بياناته بربط مباشر.Direct WHOOP connection is coming soon and is not currently active; Routine does not currently request WHOOP authorization or fetch WHOOP data through a direct connection.
مقارنة أسعار السلة: عند البحث نرسل وصف المنتج أو الباركود، والمدينة والحي واسم المطعم أو منصة الطلب التي تختارها إن أدخلتها، إلى خدمة البحث للعثور على أسعار منشورة لدى المتاجر والمطاعم. وعند اختيار تصوير منتج أو صورة من جهازك نرسل الصورة المختارة إلى مزوّد تحليل الصور للتعرّف على اسم المنتج وعبوته، ثم تعرض النتيجة لمراجعتك قبل إضافتها للسلة. نحذف بيانات الموقع وبيانات الصورة الوصفية عند تجهيزها للإرسال. تبقى سلة المقارنة والأسعار المحفوظة مرتبطة بحسابك على جهازك، وفتح رابط المنتج ينقلك إلى موقع المتجر وسياسة خصوصيته.Basket price comparison: When you search, we send the product description or barcode, plus the city, district, restaurant or order platform you choose if provided, to the search service to find merchant- and restaurant-published prices. When you choose to photograph a product or select a photo from your device, we send that selected image to the image-analysis provider to identify its name and pack, then show the result for your review before adding it to the basket. We remove location and image metadata while preparing the upload. Your saved comparison basket and prices remain associated with your account on your device. Opening a product link takes you to the merchant’s website and privacy policy.
وفّر مع روتين: تقديم متجرك أو مطعمك اختياري. نستخدم بيانات النشاط وبيانات التواصل التي تدخلها لمراجعة طلب الشراكة والتواصل معك، وتكون تفاصيل الطلب متاحة لك ولإدارة روتين وليست منشورة في دليل العروض. تُنشر بيانات المتجر والعرض المعتمد فقط بعد المراجعة. قد نسجل نسخ الكوبون أو الضغط على زيارة المتجر لقياس أداء العروض؛ هذه الإجراءات لا تُثبت إتمام عملية شراء ولا تُنشئ رصيد كاش باك.Save with Routine: Applying with your store or restaurant is optional. We use the business and contact details you provide to review your partnership application and contact you. Application details are available to you and Routine administrators, rather than published in the offers directory. Only approved merchant and offer information is published after review. We may record coupon-copy and store-visit actions to measure offer performance; these actions do not prove a purchase or create a cashback balance.
٥. المشاركة مع أطراف أخرى5. Sharing with third parties
لا نبيع بياناتك. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي خدمات موثوقين وبالقدر اللازم لتشغيل التطبيق، ومنهم:We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers, and only as needed to run the App, including:
- مزوّد الاستضافة السحابية — لتشغيل قاعدة البيانات وتخزين ملفاتك في بنية معزولة عن الإنترنت العام.Our cloud hosting provider — to run the database and store your files on infrastructure isolated from the public internet.
- مزوّدو نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي — لمعالجة طلبات ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي فقط (المدرّب، تحليل الصور والتقارير)، كمعالجين لصالحنا وبالقدر اللازم للميزة.AI model providers — to process AI-feature requests only (the coach, photo and report analysis), as processors on our behalf and only as needed for the feature.
- Apple — لمعالجة اشتراكات iOS، وتسجيل الدخول بحساب Apple، وإرسال الإشعارات.Apple — to process iOS subscriptions, Sign in with Apple, and deliver push notifications.
- Google Play — لمعالجة اشتراكات Android وهدايا الاشتراك وحزم رصيد رسائل المدرّب عند تفعيل شرائها، والتحقق من مراجع الشراء وحالته ومتابعة الاسترجاع.Google Play — to process Android subscriptions, subscription gifts and coach-message credit packs when their purchase is enabled, verify purchase references and status, and handle refunds.
- ميسر ووسائل الدفع المدعومة — لمعالجة مدفوعات السلع الفعلية وإرجاعها ومنع الاحتيال. قد تتاح Apple Pay أو Google Pay أو Samsung Pay بحسب الجهاز واعتماد الخدمة وتفعيلها؛ لا تصلنا بيانات البطاقة الحساسة.Moyasar and supported payment methods — to process and refund payments for physical goods and prevent fraud. Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay may be available depending on the device, service approval and activation; sensitive card details are not shared with us.
- Google — لعرض شاشة الموافقة وتزويد التطبيق بأنواع Google Health API التي اخترت السماح بها. أما Health Connect فيُقرأ على جهاز Android كما هو موضّح أعلاه.Google — to present consent and provide the Google Health API data types you chose to allow. Health Connect is read on your Android device as described above.
- الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء (SFDA) — نستعلم عن باركود المنتج فقط للتحقق من بيانات الأغذية، دون إرسال أي بيانات شخصية عنك.The Saudi FDA (SFDA) — we look up product barcodes only to verify food data, without sending any personal data about you.
لا نستخدم أي أدوات إعلانات أو تحليلات من طرف ثالث داخل التطبيق، ولا نتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.We use no third-party advertising or analytics tools inside the App, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
قد نُفصح عن البيانات إذا تطلّب القانون ذلك أو لحماية حقوقنا وسلامة المستخدمين.We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of users.
عند اختيار زيارة متجر شريك، قد يتضمن الرابط معرّف إحالة لروتين ليتمكن الشريك من احتساب العمولة وفق الاتفاق معه. لا نضيف بياناتك الصحية أو بيانات التواصل الخاصة بحسابك إلى هذا الرابط. تخضع زيارتك وشراؤك في موقع الشريك لسياسة خصوصيته وشروطه؛ وتوضح صفحة العرض وجود رابط عمولة قبل الانتقال.When you choose to visit a partner store, its link may include a Routine referral identifier so the partner can attribute commission under its agreement. We do not add your health data or account contact details to this link. Visits and purchases on the partner's website are subject to its privacy policy and terms; the offer identifies affiliate links before you leave.
٦. أين تُخزَّن بياناتك6. Where your data is stored
تُخزَّن بيانات التطبيق الأساسية لدى مزوّد استضافة سحابية في منطقة الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية. قد يعالج بعض مزوّدي الخدمة المحددين — مثل Apple وGoogle Play وميسر ومزوّدي نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي — البيانات اللازمة لخدماتهم في مناطق أخرى، وفق العقود والضوابط المطبقة وبما يتوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL).Core App data is stored with a cloud provider in the Riyadh region of Saudi Arabia. Certain service providers — such as Apple, Google Play, Moyasar, and AI model providers — may process only the data needed for their services in other regions, subject to applicable contracts and safeguards and in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
٧. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات7. Data retention
نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال نشاط حسابك. عند حذف الحساب، نحذف بياناتك الشخصية خلال ٣٠ يوماً، باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونياً (مثل سجلات الفواتير). راجع صفحة حذف الحساب والبيانات.We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we erase your personal data within 30 days, except what we must retain by law (e.g. billing records). See Delete account & data.
طلبات مبادرة كرون منفصلة عن حساب التطبيق لأنها قد تُقدَّم قبل إنشاء حساب: يُحذف تقرير التشخيص بعد اتخاذ القرار، أو خلال ٩٠ يوماً كحد أقصى إذا بقي الطلب معلقاً؛ وتُحذف بيانات نتيجة الطلب بعد ١٨٠ يوماً من القرار. يستطيع المتقدم الجديد سحب طلبه وحذفه ذاتياً من متصفح التقديم، أو مراسلتنا.Crohn initiative applications are separate from app accounts because someone may apply before creating one. The diagnosis report is deleted after a decision, or within 90 days at most while pending; decision metadata is deleted 180 days after the decision. New applicants can withdraw and delete the application from the browser used to apply, or contact us.
٨. الأمان8. Security
نستخدم التشفير أثناء النقل (TLS) لكل اتصال بخدماتنا، ونشفّر حقولاً بعينها داخل قاعدة البيانات، ونعزل القاعدة عن الإنترنت العام مع ضوابط وصول صارمة ونسخ احتياطية نحتفظ بها ٣٠ يوماً. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة ١٠٠٪، ونبذل جهداً معقولاً لحماية معلوماتك.We use TLS encryption for all traffic to our services, encrypt specific fields inside the database, isolate the database from the public internet, and apply strict access controls with backups retained for 30 days. - الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها أو تحديثها من داخل التطبيق.Access, correct, or update your data from within the App.
- تصدير نسخة من بياناتك من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← البيانات ← «تصدير بياناتي») أو طلبها منا.Export a copy of your data from within the App (Settings → Data → "Export my data") or request it from us.
- حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالكامل ذاتياً من داخل التطبيق.Delete your account and all your data yourself, from within the App.
- عرض محادثات المدرّب الذكي وذاكرته عنك وحذفها من داخل التطبيق.View and delete your AI coach chats and its memory about you, from within the App.
- سحب الأذونات (مثل Apple Health أو Health Connect أو الموقع أو الإشعارات) من إعدادات جهازك، أو إلغاء Google Health API من داخل روتين أو إعدادات حساب Google.Withdraw device permissions (e.g. Apple Health, Health Connect, location, or notifications), or disconnect Google Health API in Routine or your Google Account settings, at any time.
- سحب موافقة استخدام السياق الصحي بالذكاء من إعدادات الخصوصية، من دون حذف ملفك الطبي.Withdraw AI health-context consent in Privacy settings without deleting your medical profile.

١٠. خصوصية الأطفال10. Children's privacy
روتين غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عمداً. إذا علمنا بجمع بيانات طفل دون موافقة وليّ الأمر، سنحذفها.Routine is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn we collected a child's data without parental consent, we will delete it.
