١. قبول الشروط1. Acceptance of terms

تُشكّل هذه الشروط اتفاقية بينك وبين «فاي بلس» بشأن استخدامك لتطبيق «روتين». إذا لم توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.These terms form an agreement between you and Phi Plus regarding your use of the Routine app. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

٢. الترخيص2. License

نمنحك ترخيصاً محدوداً، غير حصري، غير قابل للتحويل، لاستخدام التطبيق لأغراضك الشخصية غير التجارية، وفقاً لهذه الشروط وشروط App Store.We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the App Store terms.

٣. حسابك3. Your account

• أنت مسؤول عن دقة المعلومات التي تقدّمها والحفاظ على سرّية حسابك.You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.
• يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن ١٣ عاماً لاستخدام التطبيق.You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• أنت مسؤول عن أي نشاط يتم عبر حسابك.You are responsible for all activity under your account.

٤. اشتراك Pro (عبر Apple)4. Pro subscription (via Apple)

• يُعالَج اشتراك Pro (السنوي والشهري) حصرياً عبر App Store من Apple.The Pro subscription (yearly and monthly) is processed exclusively by Apple's App Store.
• يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم تُلغِه قبل ٢٤ ساعة من نهاية الفترة الحالية.The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• يمكنك إدارة أو إلغاء اشتراكك من إعدادات حساب Apple. تخضع المبالغ المستردة لسياسة Apple.You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's policy.

٥. متجر روتين (سلع فعلية)5. Routine Store (physical goods)

• يتيح متجر روتين داخل التطبيق طلب منتجات فعلية (مثل المكمّلات والوجبات والمعدّات والمشروبات) بتوصيلها إلى عنوانك.The in-app Routine Store lets you order physical products (such as supplements, meals, equipment, and drinks) delivered to your address.
• الدفع حالياً عند الاستلام. إذا أُتيح الدفع الإلكتروني لاحقاً، تسري أحكامه المعلنة وقتها.Payment is currently cash on delivery. If electronic payment is offered later, its announced terms will apply.
• الأسعار بالريال السعودي كما تظهر عند إتمام الطلب. طلبات المتجر تُعالَج من قِبلنا وليست من مشتريات App Store.Prices are in Saudi riyals as shown at checkout. Store orders are processed by us and are not App Store purchases.
• يمكنك إلغاء الطلب قبل شحنه من شاشة تتبّع الطلب أو عبر support@phiplus.sa. بعد الشحن، تخضع الإرجاعات لطبيعة المنتج وحالته — المنتجات الغذائية والمكمّلات المفتوحة لا تُرجَع حفاظاً على السلامة.You can cancel an order before it ships from the order-tracking screen or via support@phiplus.sa. After shipping, returns depend on the product's nature and condition — opened food products and supplements cannot be returned, for safety.
• أكواد الخصم والقسائم: لكل كود شروطه الخاصة (حد أدنى للطلب، سقف للخصم، تاريخ انتهاء، حد استخدام). يُستخدم كود واحد في الطلب الواحد، ونحتفظ بحق إلغاء الأكواد أو الطلبات المرتبطة بها عند إساءة الاستخدام.Promo codes and vouchers: each code carries its own conditions (minimum order, discount cap, expiry date, usage limit). One code per order; we reserve the right to cancel codes or related orders in cases of abuse.

٦. إخلاء مسؤولية طبي6. Medical disclaimer

روتين أداة لمساعدتك على تتبّع نمط حياتك، وليس بديلاً عن الاستشارة الطبية المتخصصة. لا تُقدّم المحتويات (بما فيها رسائل المدرّب والخطط) تشخيصاً أو علاجاً طبياً. استشر طبيباً مختصاً قبل تغيير نظامك الغذائي أو الرياضي، خاصة إن كان لديك حالة صحية.Routine is a tool to help you track your lifestyle, not a substitute for professional medical advice. Its content (including coach messages and plans) does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified physician before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition.

مخرجات ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي — مثل تقدير سعرات وجبة من صورتها ورسائل المدرّب — تقديرية وقد تتضمّن أخطاء. لا تعتمد عليها وحدها في قرارات صحية حساسة.AI-feature outputs — such as estimating a meal's calories from a photo, or coach messages — are estimates and may contain errors. Do not rely on them alone for sensitive health decisions.

٧. الاستخدام المقبول7. Acceptable use

توافق على عدم:You agree not to:

• استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني أو ضار.Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به أو التلاعب بأنظمتنا.Attempt unauthorized access to or tampering with our systems.
• نسخ أو تقليد التطبيق أو تصميم واجهاته، أو إعادة هندسة أي جزء منه، أو إعادة بيعه.Copy or imitate the App or its interface design, reverse-engineer any part of it, or resell it.
• نشر محتوى مسيء أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين في ميزات المجتمع.Post abusive content or content that violates others' rights in community features.

٨. الملكية الفكرية ومحتواك8. Intellectual property & your content

جميع حقوق التطبيق مملوكة لفاي بلس — بما في ذلك تصميم واجهاته وتجربة الاستخدام وهويته البصرية وعلامته التجارية ومحتواه وكوده. لا يجوز نسخ أي من ذلك أو تقليده أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منه دون إذن كتابي مسبق منا.All rights to the App are owned by Phi Plus — including its interface design, user experience, visual identity, trademark, content, and code. None of it may be copied, imitated, or used to create derivative works without our prior written permission.

يبقى المحتوى الذي تنشئه (مثل صور وجباتك ومنشوراتك) ملكاً لك، وتمنحنا ترخيصاً لاستخدامه لتشغيل التطبيق وتقديم خدماته — ويشمل ذلك عرض ما تختار نشره في ميزات المجتمع (كالقصص والمنشورات والمسارات) للمستخدمين الآخرين.Content you create (such as your meal photos and posts) remains yours, and you grant us a license to use it to operate the App and provide its services — including displaying what you choose to publish in community features (such as stories, posts, and routes) to other users.

٩. حدود المسؤولية9. Limitation of liability

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون ضمانات. إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل فاي بلس مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق.The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Phi Plus is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

١٠. الإنهاء10. Termination

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. يمكننا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إذا خالفت هذه الشروط. وإذا قرّرنا إيقاف الخدمة كلياً، نُشعرك قبل ٣٠ يوماً وتبقى بياناتك متاحة للتصدير قبل الإيقاف. راجع حذف الحساب والبيانات.You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, we will give you 30 days' notice and your data will remain available for export before shutdown. See Delete account & data.

١١. تعديل الشروط11. Changes to these terms

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. ننشر النسخة المحدّثة هنا مع تاريخها، ونُشعرك داخل التطبيق بالتغييرات الجوهرية. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على الشروط المعدّلة.We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with its date and notify you in-app of material changes. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.

١٢. القانون الحاكم12. Governing law

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاع يُحال إلى الجهات المختصة في المملكة.These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be referred to the competent authorities in the Kingdom.
